Woohoo! This week we are joined by the lovely and talented Captain America!

This week, Matt tells us about how his dad nearly broke his foot off. Seriously it’s nasty. Since the recording of this episode he’s had an operation to repair his fibula and amputation is off the table. Speaking of amputation . . .

Lastly, for some reason, the audio file for the outro was blank this week. So no Spam Comment of the Week or Fast Five, sorry guys.

  2. Shawn Pitre says:

I’ve had a 10 year Glen Morangie waiting for a special occasion.

I think the special occasion is going to be opening the bottle this weekend.

  3. Shawn Pitre says:

Do you all take Lacteeze when the dairy craving hits? My wife is Lactose intolerant, and I tend to have 3-4 tablets on me for when we’re out.

  4. Well if you ever had me on I would bring whisky and BACON

  5. Since I do some wood turning, I confess I’ve alway figured I would turn a selection of different pegs or such if I ever lost a foot.

  6. Let me say, I was WAY too hard on Cap over this. I’ve told very few people this, but I was briefly on anti-depressants from Jan-April of 2013. I had no problems on them, and realized I didn’t need them and quit taking them. However, I had some *serious* problems when I went off of them. In the time it took my body to adjust to the absence of the medication, I had some periods where I was insanely unfeeling and cold with some people. He caught me at a bad time and did not deserve the reaction he got from me.
