This week we talk about what we did for the 4th of July and our opinions on fireworks in general. This leads to a small discussion of camping, which Salsa did a bit of and both of us will soon be doing more of. Of course, then we had to talk about traveling and where we would most like to go and where we have been. Finally, we talk about the philosophy of traveling and why some people do it and others don’t.
Also, we mentioned this awesome scotch pronunciation guide featuring Brian Cox, check it out. (Matt’s been to the Ben Nevis distillery – win!)

As for traveling/vacations. Sometime I would like to bring my wife to the Canadian Rockies, went camping with my parents there as a kid and thing it’s one of my favorite places on the continent for scenery.
The wife won a Caribbean cruise once as a performance reward, food was great on the ship, room was barely bigger than my bedroom (including the bathroom), but would have liked to spent more time in port checking out the local culture than the time aboard the ship. Started in Porto Rico then sailed overnight to Saint Martain and then St Thomas and back to San Juan.
Want to get to the British Isles first and eventually France/Germany/Italy
