  • Episode 36 – Part 2 (Drunk)

So, here we have the second, drunker half of episode 36 featuring guest co-host Porter. We discuss the merits of the Google+, and the merits of social networking sites in general. As we mentioned in the show, if you don’t have an invite to Google+ and would like one, let us know. We then consume far too much delicious scotch. Finally, we also talk about CONvergence, which Matt attended for the first time as a guest performer for Vilification Tennis. Porter goes every year, and Matt asks him to explain just what the big deal is.

  • Episode 36 – Part 1 (Sober)

So, Salsa is on vacation this week, so our friend Porter is filling in as guest co-host. I would like to take this opportunity to let our listeners know that I have it on good authority that Salsa spent the day dividing his time between jetskiiing and creating a new D&D character. Seriously.

Since Salsa isn’t here to stop me, here’s a video he hates:

Now that I’ve got that out of my system, here’s a link for the God of Carnage play that Matt was talking about. Anyone local to the Twin Cities should definitely check it out.

Also the theater Porter was thinking of, (the one they moved so they could build Block E) was the Shubert Theater. You can check that out here.

  • Episode 35!

This week we talk about what we did for the 4th of July and our opinions on fireworks in general. This leads to a small discussion of camping, which Salsa did a bit of and both of us will soon be doing more of. Of course, then we had to talk about traveling and where we would most like to go and where we have been. Finally, we talk about the philosophy of traveling and why some people do it and others don’t.

Also, we mentioned this awesome scotch pronunciation guide featuring Brian Cox, check it out. (Matt’s been to the Ben Nevis distillery – win!)
