Ruby Manhattan


Ingredients:

Whiskey
Port
Bitters

Directions:

Put 2 oz. of whiskey and a 1/2 oz. of port in a short glass. Add 2-3 dashes of bitters.

Note: We recommend serving on the rocks. (And I mean ice!)

    So I know this is nearly a month later, but I forgot to comment.

    I mixed 2 of these, one with the above recipie, and one with double the port. It was a bit dry but very nice, the whiskey and the port blended nicely. I ended up dropping the bitters and whiskey for the rest of the weekend. I called the resulting drink “port” and it was quite good!
